I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Phra Ram 9 MRT station and centrally located in the vibrant Ratchada area. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with fresh and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel also had great facilities, including free WiFi with fast internet speed, a smart TV with streaming apps in each room, and convenient parking.

However, the location of the hotel in the bustling Ratchada area was convenient, with the Phra Rama 9 MRT station, Fortune Town, and Central Rama all within walking distance. there were two 7-eleven stores, a laundry, a pharmacy, and various cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily room cleaning, fresh towels, and complimentary water. The friendly and helpful staff, 24/7 lobby access, and good internet speed were also notable features.
The hotel lacked a gym or swimming pool, and the so-called "balcony" was simply a bare concrete space that required climbing out of the window.
